I am a premium user and i am still not able to use mozbar
I don't know how its works.

I faced the same situation where the Moz bar wasn’t showing any statistics on both the SERP and website pages. Can anyone help with this issue or suggest why it's happening? Any guidance would be appreciated!

Just log in to your account in MOZ and by clicking on installed extension after login you will see options to open the MOZ BAR. On that option, Your problem will solve hopefully.

Moz a new update you need to know.
Moz Bar has updated its website. A domain authority and the page authority checker are limited domain check a website authority in a month then upgrade your Moz premium.
Clear your browser's cache and cookies and refresh it.

The Same Happened to me too last night i started working on my pc then i saw moz bar was updated i am facing DA SS visibility Issues on some website and also facing log out like my moz bar gets logged out automatically i have to login every time i turn my pc even the password is saved in my Chrome Account.

@Josh_Eligon I faced the same situation. Moz bar was not showing any statistics either on SERP nor on a website page.

I faced the same situation. Moz bar was not showing any statistics either on SERP nor on a website page.
I simply logged out my session and then logged in again. And then I simply clicked on the extension, there was an option of "login"., log in there as well and TADA!!!! you will see all the statistics.

Keyword explorer not working
Hi there, The keyword explorer tool has been malfunctioning for the last week. Moz barely seem to have any data (Search Volume) for any keywords I search for, particularly for suggested keywords. Is it possible for a wordpress theme to block MozBar in Chrome?
My client's website, when viewed in Chrome, does not show the MozBar. In Firefox, it's all good. I've checked multiple websites in Chrome and they all bring up the MozBar, it's just this one. (theme and wordpress install are both up to date) Is it possible that this is a theme issue or does anyone have any ideas as to why this is happening?

MozBar "Page Load Time" result -140... seconds
Hello all, I have gone through a lot of work to optimize the page size and load time for my site (http://goo.gl/0SYrns) Here is the result: http://www.webpagetest.org/result/140618_6V_PDZ/ And my competitor (http://goo.gl/j7YBcn😞 http://www.webpagetest.org/result/140618_TN_PGP/ According to that tool (and many others) my site is considerably faster than his. However, when I check in the MozBar, the result for mu site is less than 0, around 1 second but his is -1403106240.403 seconds. So how do I get to such a result? I did everything, optimization, cds, etc...

How to change the search profiles in the new mozbar
Hi, I want to change the search profiles in the new mozbar, but clicking the + Add new profile does nothing. Is this a browser issue? I'm using chrome Version 35.0.1916.114 m Any light on this would be great because there's no point in me checking US results because my site is only geared towards UK customers, being a mortgage broker we can't target other countries except to cater for expats. Hello, If at http://ranktracker.moz.com trying to track phrase KW - the system wont accept it. But adding [EXACT] match with [] - works well. Have I missed something? Cheers.
