Hello there, I've been using Moz Pro for a year now, and encountered I've encountered small issues here and there (like some features not working currently, but they start working after a few hours tops) but now I have a bigger issue. Page Optimization feature stopped working and it's dead for five days now. Even my older research is gone. (check the images) Anyone else having this problem, or is it just me? It says that the crawler is blocked or the page isn't working, and when I check the pages in other platforms with crawlers it all goes smooth. All of the pages are working, and all of the crawlers (tested even in Google console) are doing fine. I even had the Moz crawler on 04.07.2019 as the standard week crawl and I got the results. Everything else is working just fine, I have a problem with the Page Optimization feature only. Thanks in advance, Ivan Ga4LKkQ

Hi there, We have been working on http://www.roofrestoration.melbourne/ for over 2 years now and the domain authority has not moved at all. Is this an issue with the .melbourne domain or is there a more underlining issue? Thanks for the help! Joel

Hello all, This could be something to do with our site or the Moz bar on Chrome, I just need to know which it is so if it is our website we can look into it further. On certain sections of our website the Moz bar doesn't display any Domain Authority, not even zero, the bar just isn't present. These types of pages are php which pull in data through a feed daily. Speaking to an SEO expert they said it could be where the page is being updated so frequently, or it could be something more sinister and technically not quite right. Does anyone have any ideas? Is the Moz bar just not working for these types os pages or is it more likely something to do with my site? Ironically it's these pages which I'm having trouble with that are not showing in SERPs! I have found for years that there is not necessarily any connection between the onpage given by Moz and the SEO ranking. "F" page can be #1 in Google for long periods of time, and "A" pages can be unranked. I do not see the consistency, so I am unsure how much time to spend optimizing as suggested. I know there are many factors in rankings, but I just wanted to point out that this lack of consistency makes me hesitate to make changes to well-ranking pages -- especially with algorithm changes happening all the time. It seems that everything is considered over-optimization of late, even if it is all natural language. It is hard to NOT use words or synonyms sometimes on pages, for example... Thank you for your great product. I just want to know how my time to spend on this matter or turn my attention to off-page factors where the inconsistency is hard to figure out.

It's been a few days now that I am having difficulties getting a Full Report on certain keywords in the "Keyword Difficulty" tool. It's been stuck on "pending..." for over 12 hours. I also noticed that some keywords are returning zero exact volume when I know 100% that it's returning 5K+ in GKP. Anyone else having the same issues?

I have an 'under development' site hosted, (which is an exact replica of live site as working on to add new functionalities & modules) - but its password protected, excluded from robots.txt (Disallow) & also marked noindex on all pages in the index - so that Googlebot & other Search Engines can not crawl the site At present the development work is almost 95% completed., Now - feel like to crawl the site through SEOMOZ Roger Bot - to know the errors and all indexed urls by Rogerbot. What's the best way to get Moz Bot crawl the site - but simultaneously continue it blocking its access to Search Engines I have gone through - https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/93708?hl=en, it says a) Save it in a password-protected directory. Googlebot and other spiders won't be able to access the content-  But this way Moz will also not be able to crawl the site b) Use a robots.txt to control access to files and directories on your server - However it also says - It's important to note that even if you use a robots.txt file to block spiders from crawling content on your site, Google could discover it in other ways and add it to our index. c) Use a noindex meta tag to prevent content from appearing in our search results - It also says that a link to the page can still appear in their search results. Because we have to crawl your page in order to see the noindex tag, there's a small chance that Googlebot won't see and respect the noindex meta tag Password Protected thus seems the best way to continue blocking. However, continuing with it will also block Moz bot to crawl the site. Any suggestions Thanks
