I'm seeking guidance on optimizing the rankings and increasing Moz Domain Authority (DA) and Domain Rating (DR) for my websites, www.fastlanddeals.com and www.fastlandoffer.com, especially in light of the recent Google March 2024 Core Update. What strategies and tactics do you recommend for navigating these changes effectively and enhancing the overall visibility and authority of these domains?

You should focus on several strategic areas:

Content Quality and Relevance: Post the core update, ensure your content is even more aligned with user intent and is of high quality. Review your existing content for relevance, accuracy, and depth. Enhance articles to provide comprehensive coverage of your topics, focusing on the needs and questions of your target audience.

Backlink Profile Enhancement: To improve DA and DR, actively work on acquiring high-quality backlinks from reputable sites within your industry. Guest blogging, partnerships, and digital PR can be effective methods. Regularly audit your link profile to weed out toxic or irrelevant links that could harm your authority.

User Experience (UX): Google’s updates often focus on improving user experience. Make sure your sites are fast, mobile-friendly, and easy to navigate. Enhancements like faster load times, mobile responsiveness, and intuitive navigation can significantly impact your SEO.

Technical SEO: Ensure that your websites are technically optimized. This includes structured data implementation, optimizing crawl budget by fixing broken links, and improving site architecture to facilitate easier crawling and indexing by search engines.

Local SEO: Since your websites seem to be focused on real estate deals, make sure local SEO is a part of your strategy. Optimize for local search terms, include region-specific content, and ensure your business is listed accurately on maps and local directories.

Regular Monitoring and Adaptation: Use tools like Moz and Ahrefs to track changes in your DA and DR, and Google Analytics and Google Search Console to monitor traffic and site performance. Be prepared to adapt your strategies based on what the data tells you.

Content Diversification: Consider diversifying your content types. Adding videos, infographics, and interactive content can help engage users more effectively and lead to higher time on site and better conversion rates, which can indirectly influence your rankings.

Are these brand new websites? if so, its worth knowing about the Google sandbox period, it does take much longer to improve the seo. So, i run an established fencing business, the main way we got it onto page one, was regularly, roughly once a month, adding very well written blog posts, hope this helps?

Query on Ranking Expectations and Search Intent Alignment

            keyword ranking

I've recently implemented the page optimization recommendations provided by Moz Pro to help our site rank for specific keywords on certain pages. It’s been about a week since we made these changes, and we’re happy to report that our optimization scores for the targeted keywords and URLs are looking strong. I did create these pages with our intended keywords in mind. However, two questions about the page optimization tool: Ranking Expectations: Since our optimization scores are good, when might we start seeing improvements in our keyword rankings? We know that SEO results can take time, but we would appreciate any insights on a typical timeline based on your experiences. Optimization and Search Intent: While the tool’s optimization suggestions have been helpful, we’re curious about how they factor in search intent. How does Moz Pro’s advice take into account variations in search intent, especially if users search using slight variations of the keywords we’re targeting?

Hi all, I am facing an ranking issue, I am trying to rank on a query:

And yes, the real/in-search keyword is ""Recruitment Agencies In Pakistan for Saudi Arabia" and not the "Recruitment Agency In Pakistan for Saudi Arabia" I have gone through my on-page and off page but sill can't find the solution. Here is the image of current SERP's: "Recruitment Agencies In Pakistan for Saudi Arabia"

            moz report reporting total visits

Hi. One of the properties in our account has been reporting zero '0' total visits for the past few weeks. The other properties aren't affected. Is there a reason for this or is this an issue on the Moz side of things. Thanks!Moz Zero Visits.PNG

Ok to have multiple domains w/ seperate websites rank for similar keywords?

            multiple domains duplicate content

Is it Ok to have multiple domains (separate website different content) rank for similar keywords? Is it 'OK' to have multiple domains in the following instance? Does Google actively discourage multiple (but completely different sites) domains from the same company appearing in the search results for the same and or similar keywords if the content is slightly different? This is where the 'main site' has the details, and you can purchase product, and the second site is a blog site only. We are creating a separate content blogsite; which would be on a second domain that will be related to one portion of content on main site. They would be linking back and forth, or maybe the blog site would just link over to the main site so they can purchase said product. This would be a similar scenario to give you an idea of how it would be structured: MAIN SITE: describes a few products, and you can purchase from this site SECOND SITE, different domain: a blog site that contains personal experiences
with one of the products. BOTH sites will be linked back and forth....or as mentioned maybe the blog site could just link over to the 'main site' Logo would be a modified version of the main logo and look and feel of the sight would be similar but not exactly the same. MORE INFO: the main site has existed for way over 10 years, starting to gain some traction in an extremely competitive market, but does not rank super high, is gaining traction due to improvements in speed, content, onpage SEO, etc... So in addition to my main question of is this 'ok' to have this second domain, also will it hurt the rankings or negatively affect the 'main' site, will we have duplicate content issues? ** If this is not the right place to ask this then where should I be asking?
            Thank you!

I've recently been confused by a marketplace that appears to have significant traction (500K) despite having a very low DR (46). Has anyone experienced something similar and been able to attribute this?
