Hi Guys,
I am getting MOZ reports on a few keywords and that is good But when My client search for the same keywords he doesn't get the same rank, not even on that page. Let me explain in more details:
I have a keyword that shows on rank #5 in Google Mobile for a Local location for the current week. The client is from the same location as well. But when client search for that keyword from his mobile he doesn't get the keyword listed on that page, not even on other pages. I checked with other online keyword rank checker tool and all are showing the result similar to the Moz ranking report. It's really frustrating for my client. Google analytics shows that mobile users and organic reach are increasing so I am sure MOZ and other tools are showing us correct result. What could be the possible reason that he is not getting the same result as showing by MOZ? I am not from his location so how can I check the keyword result for the selected city using MOZ that is accurate? Any help would be highly appreciated. Please help. Thanks

Hi, In Moz - Can I bulk upload hundreds of keywords' spreadsheet to Moz in order to schedule a weekly email report tracking my rank? Please indicate the steps how. Many thanks. Katarina

Hi Everyone, Just wondering if you all have been noticing inaccurate information in the rank tracker tool. Many terms are showing not in top 50, yet when i search from random devices that have never accessed my website before i find the url to be in the top 50. Anyone experiencing similar issues and anyone have any ideas why the inconsistency? Thanks

Moz Crawl Test for some reason is trying to Crawl a contact form Widget Submit Location. I'm a bit worried that I'll have to complete gut the contact form which was one of the major requests my client requested. Or in a worse scenario make all fields not required. It would let so much spam in. I have never seem anything like this at all. But I've learned a lot from Moz, and with major errors like 404 damage Domain Authority greatly. I've fixed 404 issues with newly acquired clients existing sites and tracked through Moz and the domain authority flies up once these errors are fixed. Along with fixing what Webmaster Tools through Google reports back. ..... Let me know if you have any expertise on this matter.

I'm trying to find out how a keyword phrase ranked over time. I remember how to do it on the old Moz platform, but do not see it in the new platform. I've checked the help files and forums and the information seems outdated because it mentions to click on a link that is not there. Michael

My colleague is continuously arguing with me why i went for Moz and why not for Alexa, He also says when Google is there then why Moz. I tried on my part to convince him but he has his own learning. Can anybody help me make him understand otherwise my job will become hard if he remains doubtful about Moz? Looking for down to earth and an honest feedback. Thanks Tanveer

Is it on purpose that you export data to the csv export that is different from what is displayed? This is the case when using 'entire subdomain in the request'. After grading the page, it displays the 'ranking url', but when I csv export it, I get the url for this entry that I entered in the URL field.

What is the value in doing/knowing rank checks?
