The Moz bot user agent detection settings are able to read Universal, but the Single Page Application (SPA) version partially loads on the website before Universal. Because of this, Moz (and possibly search engines) think we have massive duplicate content issues. For example, the crawl report said a particular product page (which has about 1,000 words) has 33,000 words and has duplicate content with over 300 other pages. This makes me believe it's only picking up the SPA version. Has anyone come across this, and what would be the fix?

I've searched the Moz blog as well as Q&A forums - but I specifically have a question about utilizing the Moz Location in keywords vs including the location in the actual keyword phrase. I've done both and get different rankings. For instance, I have "it company" with the Location set to Corpus Christi, Texas and our rank is #3. Then I also have "it company corpus christi" with the Location set to Corpus Christi, Texas and our rank is #6. Additionally, I threw in "it company corpus christi" with the Location set to National and our rank is #7. What is the best practice and what are the determining factors for the differences? Hey there, I have a blog running at blog.URL.com.  I need to add Google Analytics and I want to track the value of this subdomain as separate from the main URL. Can I do that? If I do a unique snippet in the header of the blog is that the right way to go?  The main site is on an antiquated CMS system and will be converted over the next few months to a full on WP site, does that change anything long-term? One of my squarespace sites has suddenly thrown up a number of 403 access denied errors for a range of pages on the site, according to the Moz weekly report. There is no access issues for these pages and nothing has been changes wrt url, etc..... so why the errors (which I am not seeing through SEM rush for example)? Thx, Phil

My colleague is continuously arguing with me why i went for Moz and why not for Alexa, He also says when Google is there then why Moz. I tried on my part to convince him but he has his own learning. Can anybody help me make him understand otherwise my job will become hard if he remains doubtful about Moz? Looking for down to earth and an honest feedback. Thanks Tanveer

I have found for years that there is not necessarily any connection between the onpage given by Moz and the SEO ranking. "F" page can be #1 in Google for long periods of time, and "A" pages can be unranked. I do not see the consistency, so I am unsure how much time to spend optimizing as suggested. I know there are many factors in rankings, but I just wanted to point out that this lack of consistency makes me hesitate to make changes to well-ranking pages -- especially with algorithm changes happening all the time. It seems that everything is considered over-optimization of late, even if it is all natural language. It is hard to NOT use words or synonyms sometimes on pages, for example... Thank you for your great product. I just want to know how my time to spend on this matter or turn my attention to off-page factors where the inconsistency is hard to figure out.

Hi All 🙂 I've started a couple of campaigns in MOZ Analytics, one accepts keywords the other looks like it does but doesn't actually add them.. I'm pasting a group of keywords, about 30, all separated with comma's. Doing exactly the same to one account that congratulated me straight away and added them to the list below, yay! The other shows the spinning wheel for a few seconds and does nothing further, I've waited a good 24 hours and they keywords have not appeared. Any help appreciated! Thanks 🙂

I have a new site I have run a starter crawl on. The crawl came back saying some of the pages do indeed have meta descriptions. When I go to the same page and use the Moz Chrome toolbar it says they do not have meta descriptions. I also know they do not have meta descriptions. Are there any instances in which the Moz crawler would see them when they are not there?
