Unsolved Looking for Moz Academy invoices

Hello, in December 2023, I purchased courses at the Moz Academy. To get my administration in order, I would like to have the invoices for these. Unfortunately, I can't find them anywhere. Would anyone know where I should look? The invoices from the Moz Academy are not among the invoices for the Moz subscription.

Moz Analytics - Barely working, zero quality control
Two major issues with Moz Analytics - we've reached out to the help team on this multiple times and I've seen no clear answers from their team. Anyone hear anything on this or find a solution? Weekly Automatic Reporting: This has been sending between four and six "weekly" reports to my clients. This has impacted over 30 clients. Many of them contain blank or incomplete data. Sometimes, it'll take over 24 hours before a completed report gets sent after the first incomplete one. Addition of Keywords: The "Add & Manage Keywords" feature has been down for at least 24 hours at this time. Any campaign that I attempt to add keywords to refreshes the page without adding keywords. It appears that the href is set to "" and whatever code that is required to execute the addition of the keywords into the database is not being fired.

Cannot Access Moz Analytics
I've been trying to access Moz Analytics for over a month but have continued to see this error message: http://screencast.com/t/GMnN6l9WEI tried on all browsers and cleared my cache. The login works, because I am able to access it on other computers but not on my primary computer. This leads me to believe that Moz' servers are blocking out my computer's IP address for whatever reason.I've tried emailing the help team and calling but have not gotten any sort of response so far. Anyone have a solution?

Is any one else getting a 503 error (I'll copy it below) whilst trying to get on Moz, I can get to the home page but going to internal links I get the error, I managed to get onto Q&A via an external link. I've been having some troubles the last few weeks with logging on etc. Most importantly Is Roger ok ? MOZ Crawl help
Our MOZ report says it crawled 1800 pages so it reports a lot of errors based on those pages. We don't have that many pages on our site. What is MOZ crawling? I updated the profile to make sure it crawls the filtered page section of Google Analytics.
