I want to check if there an system that I can run on my digital business catalog to check the quality of my system from spammers ?

maybe you have to get a message from MOZ or an email that tell you that your subscription has cancled or stopped , if you have somthing that proves that I think that you will get refund , send them am email and try to prove that you will get all yours .
